Hello
S5 = Standard version with LED display, 2 brushes. NO suction mode
S5 Extreme = Same display as S5, but with additional suction mode and a total of 3 brushes.
S5 Pro = Animated Amoled display, 2 brushes, suction mode.

I have the Extreme Version. And am very happy with it. I don't think I would have any more advantages with an Amoled display from the Pro Version.
