Oiled unsealed parquet must be "washed" regularly with soapy water (damp to the touch), i.e. maintained. Is the appliance suitable for this (compatibility of the special soapy water and soft, non-abrasive pad)?

No, I don't think it can, it is suitable for hard floors such as tiles, sealed parquet, laminate and lino floors.

To use the iRobot Braava Jet m6, we recommend using only the iRobot Hard Floor Cleaning Solution (473ml) or regular tap water.
Also, the iRobot Braava Jet m6 will only work with the pads provided.
The cleaning intensity of the Braava Jet m6 can be adjusted individually, so damp cleaning is no problem.
