My L20, bought in December, leaves piles of dirt behind when vacuuming. Sensors and brush have been cleaned, bag changed. What should I do?

Helpful answer
The trandparent dust container in the robot is clogged. This sometimes happens with cat hair or large pieces of fluff, for example. The base station is then unable to vacuum this clean.
