My appliance has never worked properly; since I started using it I kept getting a message to fill the tank when it was full. Sent for repair 1 week after purchase. Problem never solved and irobot (irobotics switzerland) after sales service is deplorable. I strongly advise against this product and even the brand!

It was a bad experience for me too, as the device said that the battery was missing even though it was working... Sent for repair and returned without any change!
