My 3-way diverter valve came with a missing seal. More precisely, the seal at the screw connection to which the fresh water pipe is connected. What is your installation experience? Was everything tight right from the start? And how much confidence do you have in the plastic hoses with regard to the threat of water damage?

I screwed the 3-way valve onto the angle valve and the tap from the washbasin onto the 3-way valve. All the necessary seals were included and everything was tight right from the start. The plastic hoses give me a good impression, as long as they are not crushed, kinked or overheated, they should last without any problems. So far I'm happy with the station and the Robi😊
