I've changed the anti-scale cartridge and it's still flashing. Do you have any solutions? The cartridge is new but the light is still flashing red.

I've had the same problem once, you have to drain all the water and wait for it to dry. Then the cartridge really needs to be fitted properly.

We haven't used the appliance so often that the anti-limescale cartridge has had to be changed. What's more, we work with softened water. I'm sorry I can't help you.
