The few (nine) recipes and five tips as well as self-promotion are written in five languages. If you are looking for a gift and/or would like to try fermenting, this set is a good start. For all others, the "bulk packs/6 jars per box" including the accessories described above from the company in Wehr-Öflingen, north of the Hochrhein, are recommended.
