Yes, HEPA filter is included. But what is NOT included and is ALWAYS (but really ALWAYS and for 2 years now)!!! is forgotten: The Schuko adapter! I always have to request this separately for EVERY device! And NEVER but really NEVER does it improve, I have already complained at least 5 times! Unbelievable!
