Question about Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni

I have deactivated the voice command but the robot continues to listen. Regularly it reacts (to the sound of the TV, a song or a conversation) by saying "sorry, the voice command is deactivated, please reactivate it". Does anyone have the same problem? How can I stop this?
