Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. Either with a suitable replacement cable if the mains cable is pluggable. Or alternatively, if the mains cable is permanently connected, with a suitable adapter.

If the appliance does not have a suitable plug, complain to customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

It is not the customer's responsibility to look for a suitable plug, but a problem and error on Digitec's part if nothing works.
