how do i have to understand it with the cleaning agent do i have to dilute it or dissolve it pure. nowhere does it say how to do this

You do not need to dilute the detergent. It is filled into a small tank from which the appliance automatically adds a small amount when wiping. Only use the officially authorised cleaning agent to avoid malfunctions.
