Hello, the brush on my Dreame H12 Pro doesn't turn any more so it doesn't move or clean. Has anyone had this problem before and would they have a solution please. I've only had it for 6 months.

No solution for me
Dreame's after-sales service is very good. Send an email with video and / or photos. Solutions or a return label will be proposed 😀🌞
