hello i have ordered a tested and tested kärcher se 3-18 from you i have used it 3 times the first time wow great the second time the button for the water nozzle got stuck again today it is stuck again but this time it does not come off can someone help me what to do? should not happen something like that

Hello, for the moment there's no problem, the appliance works very well after ten or so uses ... but after each use I rinse it as described in the instructions.

hi, yes, it was exactly the same for me. I found a video on youtube on how to clean it. After the original cleaning, I still had to remove soap residue from the connections - works great again.
