Good evening, I would like to know what the difference is between this kärcher ( 40759383) and the one with exactly the same name and a $200 difference. (42610146) What is the real difference between these two identical models? Thank you for your answers

The cheaper version is an EU version, a fixed adapter is included in the scope of delivery. The article number 42610146 is a CH version with a Swiss plug, there is no technical difference.

The first is made in Germany and the second probably in Switzerland. The 42610146 is less powerful and delivers less steam.
