Bought exactly for this, works great!

We have had this good colleague for a month now and are delighted! Our old robot vacuum cleaner always got caught in cables, strings of socks etc. and got stuck. The X40 usually recognises such obstacles very reliably and avoids them. The only thing it struggles with is our children's kapla wood, which they need to build towers, which it drives into or pushes across the room.
