Question about Botvac D7 Connected - 237083
This product only comes with an EU and UK socket adaptor, but not a Swiss one.... An adapter for CH socket from Digitec would be a nice idea... When I got my hoover but can't use it yet!

Same situation here. Arrived today, but no way to plug in the device properly. I have registered a warranty case (DOA). And now it says I have to send the device in because of this? Is anyone still looking at this or is Galaxus now waiting until the device is back?
