Can you set the temperature and time as you like or are they pre-set programmes? Can a programme be reprogrammed and saved? Does the oven pipe or can you recognise when the preheating process is complete?

Helpful answer

Yes, temperature and time can be freely set. A tone sounds when the oven has heated up or the time has elapsed.
As far as I know, the modes only define how the oven heats (convection, top/bottom heat, etc.) and they suggest a temperature and time.
As far as I know, it is not possible to define your own modes.
