Can you also make hummus? Most blenders fail because of the chickpeas.

Of course, it's not as good as the old Moulinex models from the 80s. But yes, it's fine for home use, i.e. small portions.

I have never tried chickpeas with the Moulinette. I always use the hand blender for that.
