The CvH2 Prermium comes with a handy charging station and the CvH2 only with a USB C charger.

I'm going to say yes. The charging cable is plugged into the supplied charging power pack via USB connection, so I assume that it can also be charged via USB on the PC or in the car. However, I could not find any information about this in the operating instructions.
