A classic pan made entirely of Cromargan. This high-quality stainless steel has proven itself in cooking and frying. The material is hard-wearing, tasteless and resistant to food acids. You can sear them sharply in the pan, handle pan turners without hesitation and simply clean them in the dishwasher after use. Even if it is subjected to heavy wear and tear, the stainless steel pan still looks good after years. The Profi pan has a TransTherm all-stove base for all stove types.
