A lid has a specially shaped rim that fits snugly on the pan. Due to its weight, it reliably seals pans without hermetically sealing them. If necessary, it can be quickly pushed aside. The stainless steel handle can be gripped with ease during cooking, as the heat from the lid is not transferred to the handle. The lids are made of hard-wearing Cromargan or glass and are easy to clean - by hand or in the dishwasher.
