The P200 digital insertion thermometer is ideal for professional temperature control of liquid, paste-like and semi-solid substances. The thermometer can be used universally and measures very accurately. It is HACCP-compliant and suitable for professional use in industry, trade, commerce and laboratories. The stainless steel probe is connected to an approx. 60 cm long cable. In addition to the current temperature, the maximum and minimum values are displayed and the device has a hold function. The thermometer is completely protected against water jets and can be cleaned under running water after use. The display unit can be attached using the clip or set up using the stand.
