The cocoons of enamelled cast iron dust combine the advantages of both materials and guarantee both perfect heat distribution and the best possible preservation of aromas.

This cocotte is perfect for braising large pieces of meat or poultry, be it for a large family, for a dinner party or for large quantities needed in a restaurant.

The inside of the cocotte is coated with matt black enamel, which ensures good heat distribution and, in conjunction with the tightly closing lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid has a special design that collects condensation water and then allows it to drip evenly over the food, as well as a silver button to lift the lid.
