Why do Xiaomi products at Digitec Galaxus only have a 24-month guarantee????? The Purifier Pro has a Swiss % year guarantee on the packaging. At the Xiaomi flagship store, the Piurifier 3H has a 5-year guarantee, as does the rice cooker. Are these not CH devices that here the 5years warranty is not granted or must be paid additionally. Thank you for the clarification

I have seen that the Air Purifier 2S, which is also available at Digitec, only has the blue filter as standard - i.e. no activated carbon, so it does not filter formaldehyde, for example. It only does so when the green filter is retrofitted. Does the 3H already have an activated carbon filter as standard? I read that the H stands for health, so it can filter gaseous pollutants out-of-the-box. Is this true?

Here are the available filter types info: - Grey: HEPA H13 filter (supplied). - Green: HEPA H11 + Formaldehyde Filter - Purple : HEPA H11 + Antibacterial filter Note against Corona: You need at least HEPA filter H13 or even better H14 (used in laboratories etc.). Whereby the filter class H13 is still classified as good. Whether it is an added value that the violet filter has an antibacterial coating but is only H11, I cannot answer. Theoretically, the grey H13 filter that comes with it would be better in terms of actual filter density.

I picked up my Mi Air Purifier 3H today, unpacked it straight away and put it into operation. The display shows 002 or 001. The air should be very clean. However, when the sun is low in the sky, you can see the dust particles dancing in the air. It is very dusty in the room. Therefore the question: what exactly does the sensor measure? Does the sensor only react to the smallest particles (PM2.5) or should it also react to larger dust particles? According to the pollen map from MeteoSwiss, the pollen concentration is very high today. I can hardly imagine that we have such clean air in the house. That's why I picked up some "dust" from the nearest hazel bush and "waved" it in front of the sensor - no reaction. I would have expected the fan to switch up 3 levels immediately. Can anyone tell me how fast/slow the sensor reacts? What is the expected behaviour? Is the fan more active, for example, when one has ventilated? What concentrations are indicated indoors in the Winterthur area today (2.3.2021)? Is my sensor possibly defective?

I have also been using the 3H for a few months. I am not satisfied with the automatic control. I have already cleaned the sensor a few times (with a hoover). You can't clean it much. I then only operate it manually. When I ventilate the window, I turn the thing up to maximum, but the noise of the fan doesn't allow me to work next to it :-(
The circulation and cleaning at high level is very good. But

Is there any way to reset the filter? The filter has to be changed automatically after 150. We have very clean air here, the filter easily lasts a whole year. I don't want to pay around 70 euros for a new filter every 150 days...

Yes, there is!
If you press the button on the display and the button on the back at the same time while the unit is switched off, a menu appears in which you cannot actually do anything.
