Does anyone know what diameters the pans are at the top and bottom? I need to replace all my pans as I am switching to an induction cooker, so I would like to know the exact sizes. Thank you in advance!

Do the roasting pots also come with lids? With the others it's written on the lid and that's why I'm asking myself this question.
