Anonymous3 years ago000Has anyone been able to download the Rowenta App? I can install the Rowenta Robots App. In it I can then select the Explorer S95 and then the app tells me that this app cannot control this appliance. I should download the app "Series 75&95". The link for it is also displayed. Then Google Play opens and it tells me that the new app is not available for my country (Switzerland).Show in original language (German)1 answer

It was neatly packaged and arrived at home 2 days after I ordered it. I unpacked it and had a quick look at the operating instructions. We put the X-plorer together and charged it. The chic white design stands out very much and integrates nicely into the home. While charging, there was enough time to download the X-plorer Series 95 app to the mobile phone and connect the device to the WLAN. And then it already started. It was started via the app. But this can also be done manually from the unit. We first did it room by room. In the app, you can follow where it goes. In order to save and name the rooms individually, you should first let the X-plorer travel along the entire floor in order to then divide up the rooms. But now, in winter, all the room doors are closed anyway, so it consistently cleans room by room. The water tank only holds 90 ml, but it is enough for one room at a time. And it gives very good results. Since we only have tiles and laminate, the X-plorer almost always runs with the suction and mopping option. The two side-rotating brushes get into every corner well, so no dirt is left behind. The big clean-up with a bucket and water for coarse dirt is not to be missed, but for daily cleaning in between, the device with or without wiping option is the optimal everyday helper that gives you back a lot of free time. You can choose between different microfibre cloths. It is also really quiet. You have 4 suction levels and even the highest one is not really loud. I know robotic vacuum cleaners from friends that are much louder. In the app, you can still track where and how many hours the X-plorer has done its work. And after how many hours the brushes etc. should be cleaned or changed. brushes etc. should be cleaned or changed. You can also integrate several people in the household so that all family members can control the X-plorer via the app. There is also a timer function. All in all, a device that takes a lot of work off your hands. Show in original language (German)1 answer
