Hello, just got the products. I assume it would be good one and as expected it comes in with no chargers and batteries. I thought it was compatible with one other product I buy from another shop but actually not. So I need to check out what is the charger or batteries that go with. Could you please let me know the charger model and batterie that I should buy from your website? If not available or too expensive I have to return it to you. The reommended accessories linked with the products might be an improvement you may make on the online shopping experience. Thanks

Is the battery removable?

Just rubbish, new I'm throwing it away, no battery, no power cable and the spare set will cost the price of a dyson. Solo (point out that there's nothing with it) / Damage new and bin.
