Hello, I don't quite understand. On the Internet, I saw a video that said that HydroSteam is environmentally friendly, because there's no need to use chemicals. But now I see that in the messages and associated products, there are chemicals that are sold with the appliance. So is it a steam-only appliance or not? Thank you for your information!

Helpful answer

The use of chemicals is an option. Plus you can set the appliance to steam-only (no need for chemicals), wash mode or a mix of both (chemicals will help with cleaning in this case).

what is the definitive difference between Hydrosteam select and hydrosteam select pro..it's not really clear from the description....

The Select does not come with wheels (which is a joke, as the mounting device is included). Also, only the wide and the very narrow brush are included in the scope of delivery (the Pro comes with a medium width brush) That's it... same device, different name ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
