Round, non-stick cake and patisserie mould with a solid base for making patisserie or other sweet or savoury recipes, hot or cold, such as tiramisu, cheesecake, chocolate cake, strawberries, bavarois, rainbow cake, and pavlova. Made of coated steel with a thickness of 0.6 mm, featuring a non-stick Skandia by Whitford coating for even and optimal cooking. It allows for easy release from the mould when coated with butter or oil and offers very good resistance to scratches and stains. Heat resistant up to 230°C in the oven, it is easy to clean by hand washing with detergent. Avoid using sharp objects. Made in Europe.
