The crucial factor for the function of any springform pan is its closure. That’s why Kaiser has developed the new SafeClicK mechanism, which makes the springform pans in the La Forme Plus series completely leak-proof. Thanks to an enlarged, ergonomically optimized grip area, they are easier to open and close than baking pans with a conventional tension lever - ideal for both left- and right-handed users. The elegantly designed "K" look of the tension lever is also a visual highlight. Additionally, all La Forme Plus springform pans feature the ceramic non-stick coating Kairamic, which prevents cakes, bread, and quiches from sticking. The scratch-resistant bases of the pans have a glass-hard enamel coating that leaves no cut marks from knives.
