The Eberle Controls room temperature controller RTRt-E 52580 is a noiseless wall-mounted controller suitable for managing hot water, convector, or floor heating in conjunction with electrothermal actuators. It utilizes a triac switch for silent operation, unlike relays or bimetals. The device can be configured for actuators that are de-energized open or de-energized closed, making it applicable for both heating and cooling. A remote sensor can be connected, and it features improved control characteristics through pulse width modulation. The setting knob allows for range narrowing as a heating cost brake, and temperature reduction via an external timer is possible. It can be surface-mounted or installed directly on a flush-mounted box with vertical mounting holes, or it can be snap-mounted on a DIN rail.
