The Demeyere 5 Plus frying pan (20 cm) is uncoated and made from a 5-ply material that is 3.0 mm thick all the way to the edge. It offers optimal heat conductivity and features a cast stainless steel handle. Thanks to the Silvinox surface treatment, it is extremely durable. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and dishwasher safe.
