Stainless steel mandoline with high-quality plastic. The surface is made of smooth stainless steel with a honeycomb structure, allowing for excellent gliding of food items. The height is adjustable with a new setting system, making it easy to set the slice thickness from 0.5 to 10 mm in 0.5 mm increments.

For smooth and wavy slices as well as julienne cuts of 4 or 10 mm, a double comb julienne system is included.

The system features a horizontal double blade: micro-serrated and waved. The micro-serrated side is suitable for cutting fruits and vegetables, including very soft varieties with skin, such as tomatoes and oranges. The waved side is intended for waffle cuts.

For perfect safety, the ergonomic pusher and slider, along with a foldable, non-slip foot, ensure stability. The handle area is attached to the blades.

Care involves hand washing the blades. The frame is dishwasher safe.
