The legendary Aerolat press pot combines a stainless steel frame with a jug made of tempered glass, which can withstand dishwasher cleaning. The capacity is 350 ml (3 cups), and the side of the jug features a convenient scale to see how much water should be added per cup.

Before brewing coffee, swirl a small amount of hot water in the pot and pour it out. This effectively prevents thermal shock, helping to keep the glass intact.

Ground coffee (coarser than filter grind) is placed at the bottom of the press pot, and hot water (around 92-96 degrees Celsius, just below boiling point) is poured on top. Stir the coffee-water mixture and let it sit for about 4 minutes. After this, the grounds are pressed down using the strainer.

With the press pot, you can easily make great coffee. Thanks to the brewing method, the flavors of the coffee do not remain in the filter paper, allowing you to extract more great flavors from your coffee.
