Young animals like to crawl into the slits. As far as I know, there are no original accessories to cover these slits more finely. So it is not optimally suited for shrimp. However, I cut two sponges for the upper and lower slits in such a way that I could fix it against them from the inside, and you can optimise it with a fine net between the sponge and the cover.
