Is it suitable for a dog (Jack Russel)? My cat feeds in the dog's bowl and I want to stop him from doing so

I think this should be fine and as Marcdesaules says, it's the amount of food that might be a problem given the size of the bowl.

I think this is quite feasible. Only the amount of food might be limited (size of the bowl)... but it might be suitable for a small dog.
