Question about Invoxia Pet GPS Tracker

I am having some difficulty setting up the Pet Tracker. It doesn't show my cat's route regularly even though I have set the notifications to 5 minutes location tracking...? Is there a manual, the device only came with instructions on how to get started?

i have exactly the same problem... I get a maximum of 4 location reports per day from my cat, even though we have good coverage (according to the link on the invoxia homepage) and she is always on the move. I contacted the hotline (all in english!!), had to "reboot" the tracker... but nothing changes...

We only have this manual: https://cdn.competec.ch/documents... . If you are still having system problems, then you would need to place this directly with the manufacturer so that the correct information can be given to you.
