Hi, I have had the PuraMax for over 1 year. Now I have a problem: the drum is no longer tight. This means that there is urine under the drum, i.e. in the bowl where the drum is. Where the urine runs out is exactly the gap where the drum is held together. What can be done?
It should be noted that the drum is never completely leak-proof.
