Hello, the water pump on my fountain no longer pumps anything at all, and I can't find a replacement pump specifically for this model. Can you point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance for your time.

It is best to descale the pump, maybe it will work afterwards.

To descale, simply place in vinegar water 5 parts water 1 part vinegar.
