Hi, I don't think so, my dog was 10 kg and it was fine.

My Papillon with 3.4 kg would have room for 2 x.
My Sheltie with 6 kg and 34 cm would still fit in, a bigger dog would be tight.

Hello, the manufacturer states 15 kg as the maximum weight. Be careful.....the trolley likes to tip over😏!

In the general information it says: maximum animal weight 15 kilos
