Does this item include the Rubber Collar Attachment? I can't see a reference to it in the descrition. The reason I ask is there is a more expensive option which says the Attachments are included ??

Hi Yes it does... But i have to say that i bought 2 of them and they give a lot of false warnings that tehe dog has left the electronic fence... I am having better results and much better accuracy with "Kippy"
