After 3 weeks (new filter insert), the water starts foaming about every 3 days despite the change. Is this also the case with you? Why is it like that?

I have three fountains and have never had this problem!
i think it could be caused by the filter or by the water

Is it possible that the filter is slightly cracked? We don't have this problem. Maybe something is wrong with the device :-(
