The Exo Terra Terrarium is the ideal habitat for reptiles and amphibians, designed by European herpetologists. The front-opening doors allow easy access for feeding and maintenance. A special locking mechanism prevents escapes, and the doors can be opened independently. The top is made of fine mesh metal, ensuring good ventilation so that UVB and infrared light can penetrate the terrarium. It can be easily removed completely for decoration or cleaning purposes. At the back of the top, there are five lockable cable channels on both sides to accommodate heating stones, waterfalls, sensors, and similar items inside the terrarium. The bottom of the terrarium is elevated to allow for the installation of a substrate heater that warms part of the enlarged floor area. The extra-high front windows are ideal for thick substrate layers, allowing reptiles to burrow, for water features in the paludarium, or to install an Exo Terra reptile cave.
