Product details

For adsorptive filtration, which is used to remove chemical pollutants such as chlorine and pharmaceutical residues, there are special activated carbon felts and mats as inserts in the filter. Adsorptive filtration is usually only necessary during the initial phase of the aquarium or after the use of medications. The filter media should only be used for a limited period of about 4 weeks and then removed or replaced.
