Question about Play HDMI Sync Box - 433822

I installed my Sync Box according to the instructions in the app and connected it to my older Samsung HD TV and my Sunrise UHD TV Box. The direct connection of both parties works perfectly, but via the Sync Box the TV starts a picture, but only black and in the App it says no signal found. Direct attempt worked again. When I restart my Sunrise Box the picture comes up on my TV and the lights work as they should. However, as soon as I switch off the Sunrise Box and switch it on again, I have no signal again. The whole thing only works when I restart. What is the reason for this? I connected everything as described in the app. Do I have to change any settings?

Unfortunately, I also have this problem.
There was no solution from Philips.
After a phone call to Philips, it went on for 3 months without me finding out anything or receiving any feedback.
Now I have uninstalled everything myself and added it again.
But it doesn't always work.
So unfortunately I don't know what to do.

Maybe we can get some tips or tricks here;)

Have you activated the "ARC Bypass" in the settings? My setup is a little different but maybe that helps.
