I have a question, i.e. problems with my new Philips HDMI Sync Play Box. Hue Bridge successfully installed/configured (using iOS App "Hue". The Philips HDMI Sync Play Box could not be configured. First, after endless attempts, I was finally able to establish a wifi connection and pair the device. However, before I could configure it, the device requested a system update, which I did. When after more than 3h the same message was still displayed that the system was being updated, I cancelled the process and wanted to try again - without success. I could no longer establish a W-LAN connection. (I have a Sunrise Internetbox and have tried 100 different configurations). - Separated the two WLANs 5GHz and 2.4GHz - without success. - adjusted the encryption of both WLANs (low security - WPA Personal) - without success - deactivated the encryption on both WLANs - without success - deactivated the 5GHz WLAN so that only the 2.4GHz WLAN was active - without success - renamed the two WLANs so that no special characters were present (from Sunrise_5GHz_2BA8F0 to Sunrise5GHz2BA8F0 and from Sunrise_2.4GHz_2BA8F0 to Sunrise2.4GHz2BA8F0 without success) - checked on the router if any devices are blocked - which/is not the case - etc. I then created a hotspot with my mobile phone and lo and behold, I was able to establish a WLAN connection. When I then wanted to pair the device (please keep the ON/OFF button pressed until the indicator flashes green), it did not turn green and I could not pair - I tried it dozens of times and disconnected the router as well as the HDMI Sync Box from the power supply several times (also a "possible factory reset - which in reality is not a factory reset" with ON/OFF pressed while it is connected to the power supply), did not lead to success. I tried it again this morning and now I can't even establish a Wi-Fi connection with the mobile phone hotspot. There is absolutely no information on the web and the customer service at Philips is not available by phone. Has anyone had the same problem and how did you solve it?

Hello, have you not installed the "HUe Sync" app? And connected the HDMI directly to the TV?
