Depending on the setting, the current time will be clearly announced every hour or at the press of a button. The volume can be adjusted in two levels. The extraordinary design is tailored to the needs of people with limited vision. You won't have to search long for the query button – the entire clock is one large button. Simply press the clock, and the voice will announce the time. If you press the button twice in succession, the current day of the week and the date will also be announced: “Today is Thursday, February sixth.” All settings are made on the underside of the clock. A small display helps with this, showing the time, day of the week, date, and alarm time. The menu is voice-guided. When the clock is activated or reset, each step is announced, making operation simple. The control buttons on the bottom prevent accidental changes to the time. Three rubber pads ensure that the clock stands securely on the bedside table. The advantage of the TALK 2: The current time and date are received via the DCF 77 radio signal. Day by day, the clock adjusts to an exact minute and hour announcement, ensuring you wake up on time. The switch to daylight saving time and standard time also happens automatically. And if you don’t want to get up right away, you can activate the snooze function with the large control button and enjoy a few extra minutes of sleep. The talking radio alarm clock requires two AAA batteries, which are not included.
