There is no firmness level for this mattress. However, I find it too soft for me (weight 94 kg, height 170 cm). My wife thinks so too.
According to https://www.emma-matratze.ch/faq..., the manufacturer deliberately does not want to specify a firmness level - perhaps because they only offer one model anyway. Allegedly, the material and the internal structure ensure that the mattress adapts to everyone between 50-130kg. It suits me, but I'm no mattress expert.
The 100-day test period is probably also intended for this purpose, so that customers can try out the mattress for a while in case of doubt, and if it doesn't fit, have it picked up again.

So I confirm, there are 100 days of testing, we tried it and sent it back because it was too firm. They come and get it from you and it costs nothing. No false advertising!
No, there is no choice for hardness. I cannot tell you exactly which level it is, I would say on the medium side, but in any case I found it comfortable.

Yes, the mattress is completely packed with the cover. To unpack, you have to cut through the plastic packaging with a cutter (like a letter opener) provided, after which the compressed mattress unfolded.
Great quality, not too hard or too soft. I am also a former user of IKEA mattresses and I am very satisfied.

Hello, no I can't find this information, but with a good bed base you get a good firmness but also a superb comfort. Since then I have had excellent nights.

The mattress must be completely unpacked for testing. The mattress is delivered in a cardboard box and can no longer be unpacked in this way after unpacking, but this is not a problem as it will not be returned in this box.

That's the special thing, a degree of hardness for each person. I was also sceptical, but it works.
