Hello, our Emma mattress has a soft reception and a firm support for the best possible comfort and a precise morphological follow-up. The hardness cannot be selected.

Hello,
If we take a scale of 5, 1 being the softest.
I would rate the Emma mattress between 3 and 4.
But very comfortable.
