Simple and functional

True to his minimalist style that characterizes his entire work, Piero Lissoni has designed a product line for the bathroom based on a single classic form. The basic shape of the "Birillo" product family is a rounded square or, to quote Lissoni, an "imperfect square or a completely failed circle." The base of the objects is hidden from view, giving them a floating appearance.

The liquid soap dispenser is made from PMMA, a glass-like thermoplastic material, and is finished in glossy white. The design of the liquid soap dispenser has been reduced to the essentials. With its construction without a visible screw cap, "Birillo" is particularly aesthetically pleasing. Dispensing is done by gently pressing the top.
