True to his minimalist style that characterizes his entire work, Piero Lissoni has designed a product line for the bathroom based on a single classic shape. The basic form of the "Birillo" product family is a rounded square or, to quote Lissoni, an "imperfect square or a completely failed circle." The base of the objects is hidden from view, giving them a floating appearance.

The liquid soap dispenser is made from PMMA, a glass-like thermoplastic, and is finished in glossy white. The design of the liquid soap dispenser has been reduced to the essentials. With its construction featuring no visible screw cap, "Birillo" is particularly aesthetically pleasing. The dosage is achieved by gently pressing the top.
